Brandon Malloy – Staffing Consultant/Business Developer
Brandon started with Express mid 2005 and floated from office to office in Oregon. Then, he spent five months in Albany before moving to his permanent home of McMinnville. Growing up in Carlton for 24 years, he couldn't have been happier. His goal is to work with the top companies in Yamhill County. Brandon wants to recruit them the best employees to help them grow our ever expanding community. He feels that he is able to listen to the past problems of a prospect and help them solve any issues that they have had in the past by bringing in the team they wished they always had. He is very involved with the Chamber in both McMinnville and Newberg. Brandon belongs to the Noon Rotary Club in McMinnville, where he's very active with the Wine and Art Auction (They broke $200k last year!). He also helps with The Mayor's ball, YVVA and has recently graduated from the Newberg and McMinnville Leadership programs.
In his spare time: He has wife, daughter, son and home. They are die hard Duck fans, but love any college football game. They are past champions of co-ed softball and enjoy hiking, camping and gardening.
Rachel White – Staffing Consultant/Office Services Specialist
In our office Rachel specializes in professional & clerical placements ranging from Receptionist fill-in to experienced Accountants and Paralegals. She has a desire to match candidates with positions that will enrich their lives and grow them professionally. Hailing from the Reno/Tahoe area she is enjoying the process of learning the pace and needs of the McMinnville & Newberg communities. She has a sincere interest in the unique value each company and individual has to offer and enjoys watching both move towards reaching their full potential.
A mountain girl at heart, Rachel enjoys the diversity of Yamhill County and all its surroundings have to offer. She believes in capitalizing on the nearby hiking trails and loves anything that offers a beautiful view. An unabashed espresso enthusiast, you might catch her with coffee in hand at one of the local establishments. She is an avid fan of literature, anything that sparkles, and the odd things that happen in life that make us who we are.
