Cosette Hutchings - Staffing Consultant/Office Services Extraordinaire

Cosette is the face and voice you see and hear as you come into our office. Her job is to greet and screen the applicants as they come in as well as keep our office pace high. She started with Express after completing her BA in English at OSU in the fall of 2007. From there she searched high and low to find a human resources position where she could learn employment law and how to effectively hire the correct candidate. She knows all 300 associates by name (which is an accomplishment in itself).

Cosette participated in Junior Achievements this year, attends YVVA meetings, and plans on becoming more involved with the chamber. She grew up in McMinnville and has been here since. She enjoys hanging out with her puggle, listening to live music, traveling, camping and flying at the local airport.

Brandon Malloy - Client Liaison/Business Developer

 
Brandon started with Express mid 2005 and floated from office to office in Oregon. Then, he spent five months in Albany before moving to his permanent home of McMinnville. Growing up in Carlton for 20 years, he couldn't have been happier. His goal is to work with the top companies in Yamhill County. Brandon wants to recruit them the best employees to help them grow our ever expanding community. He feels that he is able to listen to the past problems of a prospect and help them solve any issues that they have had in the past by bringing in the team they wished they always had. He is very involved with the Chamber in both McMinnville and Newberg. Brandon belongs to the Noon Rotary Club in McMinnville, where he's very active with the Wine and Art Auction (They broke $200k last year!). He also helps with The Mayor's ball, YVVA and has recently graduated from the Newberg and McMinnville Leadership programs.
 
In his spare time: He has a new wife, daughter and home. They are die hard Duck fans, but love any college football game. They are past champions of co-ed softball and enjoy hiking, camping and gardening.
